Citizens Bank & Trust Co. announced that Timothy B. Ulrich has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the organization. Tim is a member of the Board of Directors where he serves as Vice Chairman/Secretary. Citizens Bank is a $216 million locally-owned bank located in Hutchinson, Minnesota that was organized in 1886.
Tim is the current Chair of the Hutchinson Community Foundation. Ulrich has been active on the McLeod County Fair Board, serving as Treasurer and President and chaired the McLeod County Fairgrounds building committee. Currently, he is Chairman of the Fair Commission and an honorary member of the Fair Board. He is also a director for the Prairieland Economic Development Authority.
Ulrich is a past member of the Southwest Minnesota Business Finance Advisory Committee. He also participated in the Hutchinson Jaycees and served as Commodore of the 1993 Jaycee Water Carnival. Tim also served on the Board of Directors for Hands, Inc., is a former Trustee for the Southwest Initiative Foundation and is a past Chair of the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce.
Tim served on the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis Community Depository Institution Advisory Council. Ulrich is also past President of the Economic Development Authority of Hutchinson, past Chair of the ISD #423 Foundation. He is a past board member of the Minnesota Pottery Festival.
A native of Hutchinson, Ulrich graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Administration. Tim is a graduate of the Blandin Community Leadership Program and is also a member of The Bank CEO Network, which is a peer group of bank executives from across the country.
Citizens Bank & Trust Co. announced that Anthony R. Hanson was elected to the Board of Directors and has been promoted to President of the organization. Hanson will be the 6th President of the Bank, which was organized in 1886.
Hanson is actively involved in the community as a member of the Hutchinson EDA Finance Team, Commissioner at Hutchinson Utilities Commission and a member of the Main Street 2020 Committee. Anthony is a past President of the Hutchinson Jaycees and served as Commodore of the 2008 Jaycee Water Carnival.
Anthony has participated in the Blandin Community Advantage Leadership Program, is a past President of the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce, is a graduate of the Minnesota Bankers Association Leadership Academy and serves as a board member of the Minnesota Bankers Association ISI Committee.
A native of St. James, Minnesota, Hanson graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance. Anthony is a 2006 graduate of the School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He and his wife, Kristi, have three children, Samuel, Audrey and Jacob.
