Tim Ulrich, President/COO of Citizens Bank & Trust Co., announces the following promotions:
Carleen Hamilton
Carleen Hamilton to Finance Officer. Carleen joined the bank in 1978 and has served in various positions, most recently as Accounting Manager. Hamilton’s other duties include Security Officer and Personnel Officer.
Carleen and her husband, Jay, reside in Hutchinson. They have two children, five grandchildren and enjoy spending time with family, riding motorcycle and other outdoor activities.
Mandy Baldry
Mandy M. Baldry to Assistant Vice President. Baldry is a graduate of Ridgewater College. In May of 1999, Baldry joined Citizens Bank as a Teller. She was promoted to Consumer Loan Administrator Assistant in 2001, Consumer Loan Representative in 2006, Personal Banking Officer in 2011, and Commercial Loan Officer/Credit Analyst in 2013. Mandy also serves as a member of the Bank’s Marketing and Credit Committee.
Mandy is a member of the Think Local Committee, Tim Orth Memorial Foundation Committee, Hutchinson Area Dollars for Scholars Committee, and a Junior Achievement Volunteer. She has also served on the Minnesota Pottery Festival Committee, Hutchinson Hockey Association Board and Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival Committee.
Mandy and her husband, Nate, have three children and reside in Hutchinson.
Deb Froemming
Deb Froemming to Personal Banking Officer. Froemming graduated from Dassel-Cokato High School and has been employed with Citizens Bank & Trust Co. for 18 years. She began her employment as a teller and most recently as a Personal Banking Representative.
Deb is currently active in the community as a volunteer with RiverSong Music Festival, charter member and State Delegate board member of Hutchinson Area Women of Today, Minnesota Women of Today District 5 board member and on the Minnesota Women of Today State Marketing Committee. She attended the Hutchinson Leadership Institute in 2015 and McLeod for Tomorrow Leadership Program in 2018.
Deb and her husband, Dean, live in rural Hutchinson. They have two children and one granddaughter.

Jon grew up raising corn and soybeans on a farm in Nebraska. Upon graduation from The University of Nebraska Lincoln, he became a grain merchandiser and has been trading corn, soybeans and other grains for the past 18 years, building relationships with end-users in the process. After successfully marketing his father’s grain and earning his MBA, 10 years ago he started helping farmer clients market their grain based upon his principals of farmer education, reducing risk, understanding storage potential and using basis strategy to maximize individual farm operation profits. Jon writes a weekly commentary to farmers interested in learning more and growing their farm operations.

Ben Beckman Joins Citizens Bank & Trust Co. as Vice President of Commercial and Ag Lending
We are pleased to announce that Ben Beckman has joined the staff at Citizens Bank. He is a 1997 graduate of Dassel-Cokato High School. He furthered his education with a B.S in Finance from St. Cloud State University and then went on to get a Master of Business Administration from SCSU. Ben and his wife, Tabitha, have two boys, Ricky and Oliver. Since college, Ben has been working in the banking field in surrounding communities.
Ben is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Glencoe Area Chamber of Commerce
and Treasurer of the Dassel Development Corporation. He is also active in the Darwin Lions
Club and his church. Ben is looking forward to meeting our commercial and ag customers and
