What a great way to start our day! We met with The REACH kids and dropped off their comfort packages we put together for them as part of Minnesota Bankers Community Impact week. Our favorite part was hearing what the program means to the students. They said it provides them a safe place, emotional and academic support and that they help hold them accountable. We are lucky to have this program in our school. Shout out to Chad Harlander and his crew! Tasha Lambert Joins Citizens Bank & Trust
We are pleased to introduce Tasha Lambert who joined Citizens Bank & Trust in August. She works full-time as a Teller at our South Office. Tasha attended college at Saint Cloud State University and earned her teaching degree.
Tasha is married to Tom and they live in Hutchinson with their cats, Bowie and Penelope. She enjoys spending time with friends & family, going to the lake up north, fishing, live music, and traveling. In her free time she likes to cook dinner with her husband, watch HGTV & find new projects for their house, bake, garden, and take fitness classes.

CB Mobile Deposit
CB Mobile Deposit gives you the power to deposit checks into your checking or savings account using your smartphone wherever you are and whenever you want. Here are a collection of handy tips, instructions and answers to common questions about the service. Make sure you are a CB Online Banking customer before you download the mobile app. Contact us if you have any questions.
Tips for using Mobile Deposit
- Before logging into the Mobile Deposit app, close all other apps running in the background
- Sign/Endorse the back of your check, and label it “For Mobile Deposit Only”
- Make sure that the entire check image is visible and in focus – all four corners should be visible
- Flatten folded or crumpled checks before taking your photos
- Take the photos of your check in a well-lit area
- Place the check on solid dark background before taking the photo
- The MICR line (numbers on the bottom of your check) is readable
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Launch the App and select “Deposit” button
- Select “Deposit Check”
- Choose the account you want to deposit into
- Enter the amount of the deposit
- Select “Front Image” to take photo
- Select “Back Image” to take photo
- Click “Next”
- Confirm or edit your deposit
- Your deposit will show in “deposit history” as: accepted, pending or failed.
Shazam Bolt$ Provides Fraud Alerts 24/7
Shazam Bolt$ is the smart service to have for greater Debit Card control! This mobile application and text or email alerting service allows our debit cardholders to:
- View balance information
- Receive transaction alerts
- Receive suspected fraud alerts
- Set up alerts for transactions exceeding a certain dollar amount, card-not-present transactions, and international transactions

Download the Shazam BOLT$ app to watch your Debit Card transactions!
Over long weekends, it is quite common for fraudsters to ramp up their efforts. However, you can be the best fraud detection device, simply by watching your accounts.
We have partnered with Shazam (our card provider) to offer their BOLT$ app. This easy app allows you to watch your Debit Card transactions.
You can set up alerts so you will be aware of purchases, and some may not even be your own! If you detect unauthorized purchases, use the BOLT$ app to turn your card “OFF.”
If you notice any fraudulent activity, simply call the Customer Service number on your card, turn your card “OFF” using the BOLT$ app, or contact Citizens Bank and Trust during banking hours. Your account security is our greatest priority!
