Timothy B. Ulrich, Chairman of the Board of Citizens Bank & Trust Co., announces the following promotions:
Mandy Baldry to Senior Vice President of Personal and Commercial Banking.
Baldry joined the bank in 1999. Mandy serves as a member of the Bank’s Marketing, IT, Credit and Executive Committee.
Baldry is a Board member and current Treasurer for the Hutchinson Health Foundation and is on the Scramble for Life Golf Tournament, Family Fun Event, Gala and Finance Committees. She is a Board member of the Ridgewater College Foundation. Baldry is also a member of the Tim Orth Memorial Foundation, Hutchinson Area Dollars for Scholars Committee and has participated in the Hutchinson Chamber Leadership Institute and Leadership 2.0.
Baldry graduated from Hutchinson High School and Ridgewater College. Mandy and her husband, Nate, have three children, Jackson, Cora and Lucy.
Ben Beckman to Senior Vice President of Commercial and Ag Banking.
Beckman joined the Bank in 2018 and serves as a member of the Bank’s Credit, Executive, and Marketing Committee.
Beckman is actively involved in the area as a member of the Hutchinson Rotary Club, Darwin Lions Club, Treasurer and Executive Committee member of the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Board of Directors and serves on the Agri Business committee. Ben is also a Board of Director member for the Dassel Cokato Baseball Association and Dassel Development Corporation.
Ben has participated in the Hutchinson Chamber Leadership Institute and Leadership 2.0.
Beckman graduated from Dassel-Cokato High School and St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. He and his wife, Tabitha, have two children, Ricky and Oliver.
Debbie K. Froemming to Assistant Vice President of the Personal Banking Department.
She also serves as a member of the Bank’s Compliance Committee.
Froemming is a founding member of the Hutchinson Area Women of Today and currently serves on the board as Treasurer and Membership Vice President, previously holding a position as President and State Delegate. She has also served as District Director with Minnesota Women of Today and on the district board as Secretary and Parliamentarian. She is a former member of the Hutchinson Center for the Arts board where she served as Treasurer. Deb was also a past member of the RiverSong Music Festival Hospitality Committee. She is an annual volunteer at the Hutchinson Arts & Crafts Festival. Debbie is a graduate of the Hutchinson Leadership Institute and the McLeod for Tomorrow Leadership Program.
She is a graduate of Dassel-Cokato High School class of 1984. Froemming joined the bank in 2001 as a teller, moved to Consumer Loan Representative/Administrative Assistant and then promoted to Personal Banking Officer.
Debbie and her husband, Dean, have two children, Dan Froemming and his wife Jordyn, and Jenny Braathen and her husband, Tyler.
Shannon M. Kieser to Assistant Vice President.
Shannon joined the bank in 1998 as a Personal Banking Officer. Kieser is originally from Bloomington, Minnesota, and graduated from John F Kennedy High School in 1986. She is a 1990 graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Carlson School of Management with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance.
Shannon is involved in the community as a member of Kiwanis. She also volunteers for Meals on Wheels, the Hutchinson Summer Food Service Program, Arts and Crafts Festival, RiverSong Music Festival and the Minnesota Pottery Festival. She was a member of the Hutchinson Leadership Program in 1995-1996 when it was first developed.
Shannon and her husband, Tom, have lived in Hutchinson since 1994 and have three adult children, Matthew, married to Megan, Michael and Rachel.
