Carol is Vice President of the Real Estate department of Citizens Bank. Carol values the opportunity to meet new people and help them through the process of what may be one of the biggest purchases of their lifetime. She also enjoys seeing familiar faces. “I appreciate when people come back for their next purchase or refinance,” says Carol.

Carol and her husband Brian have two adult children, Arlen and Jackie. Jackie is married to their son-in-law Scott Mackenthun. “Our new love of our life is our granddaughter, Quinn.” In her free time, Carol enjoys being a grandmother to Quinn and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Jettie Smith has been with Citizens Bank and Trust for five years and enjoys working at all three Citizens Bank locations in Hutchinson: Main Bank, Auto Bank, and South Bank. Jettie is a Senior Teller and joined our team on June 30, 2008.

Jettie’s most important job is being mom to Carter, age eight and Owen, age six. Together, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, going for walks, and grilling out. They also look forward to swimming at the lake, playing family games, having bonfires, renting movies, and traveling. One of their favorite travel destinations is Duluth.
