What if suspicious activity is detected on my debit card and Citizens Bank or Shazam Fraud is unable to contact me to verify the transaction activity?

The transaction may be declined and a temporary card block may be put in place. If we have your valid telephone number, a message will be left to call Shazam Fraud Operations at (866) 508-2693.
