Full-Time Teller
Teller
As a Teller, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers providing friendly customer service while helping with their everyday banking needs.
As a Teller, you will:
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Cash checks and issue money orders
- Keep your cash drawer balanced
- Review and approve mobile deposits
- Scan daily transactions and balance ATMs
- Provide friendly, professional Customer Service
Hours vary for part-time and full-time depending on the position.
Customer Service Representative
As a key member of our Personal Banking team, you’ll play an important role in opening accounts and providing friendly customer service to both personal and business customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and the ability to work well with teams.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Open and maintain checking, savings, and certificate of deposit (CD) accounts for both personal and business customers.
- Process revisions to signature cards.
- Provide notary services and assist customers with wire transactions.
- Issue, review, and maintain ATM/Debit cards; troubleshoot and resolve card-related issues.
- Maintain and update customer information.
- Support customers with check orders, stop payments and online banking inquiries.
- Prepare and verify rate changes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Serve as a backup for safe deposit box operations and reception area as needed.
