Thomas A. “Buzz” Burich began his banking career in 1965 as a summer employee at Citizens Bank. That fall he joined First National Bank of Minneapolis. In 1981, Buzz returned to Citizens Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. In 1985 he was elected President and Chief Administrative Officer. He became the fourth President of Citizens Bank, following his father, Irvin J. Burich.
Buzz has two children, Todd and Heather, and five grandchildren. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family and watching his grandchildren in sport activities.
