Congratulations to Mandy Baldry on her 15th Anniversary with Citizens Bank! She started in 1999 as a teller and is currently a Commercial Loan Officer/Credit Analyst. She is also a member of the Marketing Committee. Mandy enjoys running, watching her son play sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Donna is a Personal Banking Officer and supports customers at both locations in Hutchinson (Main and South Office). She enjoys working with people and helping them meet their financial goals. “I enjoy working for Citizens Bank & Trust and truly like working with customers and serving generations over the years. Donna and her husband, Tom, have three adult sons and two grandsons, which have been a wonderful gift. Besides spending time with her sons and their families, she also enjoys biking, hiking and boating, along with riding motorcycle with friends.

If you want 24-hour access to your account information, sign up for these three great services. You can view current activity and be able to react quickly if there is unusual activity on your account.
Monitor Your Credit Report
Each year, you have the opportunity to get a free credit report from the three main reporting bureaus: TransUnion, Equifax and Experian. The best website to get your credit report for free is Annualcreditreport.com.
The Bank and its related foundations recently approved the following grants and donations:

We are pleased to announce that changes are coming in the near future to make e-statements part of Online Banking!
What this means for you is only ONE user code and password will be needed. In addition to the convenience of just one user code and password, more detailed account information and history will be available to you with just a click of your computer button. Watch for additional information and the simple steps you need to complete to keep your e-statements delivered to you in this safe, convenient and timely method.
Customers who haven’t experienced the convience and safety of e-statements will now be able to enroll through their Online Banking sign on. Customers who have savings accounts only will now be able to get e-statements too.
We’d like to introduce you to our new staff member, Dianne Pasco. She and her husband, Jeff, have been in Hutchinson for 29 years. Jeff works at HTI and they have children, Seth, Kendra and Sam. In her free time, Dianne enjoys watching Hutch Tiger sports and walking.
